Welcome to Phantom Traders
Phantom Traders is a Discord community built around trading bots. The bots score options setups with a stack of ported TradingView indicators, paper-trade every signal they post, and publish every open and close in Discord. This documentation explains how the bots decide, what each channel carries, and how your plan maps to Discord access.

Join the Discord
Use the Join Discord button. You start as Rookie with the community channels and the education portal.

Try Pro Trader free
The bot gives every new member the Pro Trader role for 72 weekday hours, so you can watch the signal channels before you pay.

Turn on notifications
Right-click the signal channels that match how you trade → Notification Settings → All Messages.

Subscribe and link
Pick Pro Trader or Elite on the Pricing page, then link Discord on your Account page. The role is assigned automatically.

Account & Discord linking
Your website account holds your plan. Your Discord account holds the role. Linking the two is what turns a subscription into channel access.
Link Discord
- Sign in and open Account.
- Click Link your Discord and approve the Discord prompt.
- Your Pro Trader or Elite role is assigned as soon as your plan is active. If you subscribed first, the role is assigned when you link.
Plan changes
- Upgrading to Elite adds the Elite role and keeps Pro Trader.
- Cancelling removes Pro Trader and Elite at the end of the paid period; you keep Rookie.
How a signal is scored
Phantom Bot adds up points for CALL and PUT separately. Each indicator or classic signal that fires adds its points to one side, multiplied by a learned weight. The larger side wins; ties are rejected.
From points to a signal
- Agreement bonus: +10 when three or more signals agree.
- Regime: the market regime scales each side (for example ×1.2 for CALLs and ×0.7 for PUTs when risk is on).
- Volatility: ×0.85 when the VIX is above 25.
- Minimum: at least 35 points from at least three signals, or two signals when one is a premium signal (UT Bot, QQE MOD, a gap-and-go, an SMC break, a 50/200 cross, a Zero Lag trend change, an extreme reversal probability or a MACD_X divergence).
- Confidence: HIGH at 80 or more, MEDIUM at 50 or more. Setups under 80 must repeat in the same direction on the next scan.
Where the weights come from
A weekly replay of two years of daily bars grades the classic signals (RSI, Bollinger, MACD, volume, EMA trend): a signal "wins" if the stock moves 1% its way within five days. A separate learner grades every signal, including the eight ported indicators, on the bots' own closed paper trades over the last 60 days. Small weight changes apply automatically; large ones wait for human approval.

Trade types & exits
Every signal is one of four option trade types. The bot picks the contract and manages the exit; the targets shown on a card are guides, and the paper trade follows the managed exit below.

Paper sizing is $1,000 of premium per scalp, day trade or weekly and $5,000 per LEAP.
Entry gates
A high score is not enough. Before any paper trade opens, the setup has to clear every gate. A gate whose data cannot be read blocks the entry.
- Regular hours only, and not in the first 15 minutes
- No entries within 30 minutes of scheduled macro events
- No entries 5 days before or 1 day after earnings
- VIX above 30 blocks entries; above 25 cuts size to a quarter, above 20 to half
- Bid-ask spread under 4% (scalp 3%, weekly 7%, LEAP 10%) and premium of at least $0.50
- An out-of-the-money ceiling of 2.5%, and no out-of-the-money contracts with 0–2 days left
- A live quote is required
- Trade with the trend: no PUTs in an uptrend, no CALLs in a downtrend
- Position caps: 15 day trades, 8 scalps, 8 weeklies and 5 LEAPs open at once
- Day-trade entries stop at 3:00 PM ET; weekly and LEAP entries at 3:30 PM ET

TradingView alerts also feed Phantom's score: each recent alert on a ticker adds 15 points, and any trade still has to clear the same gates.

Discord Roles
Every plan is a role in the Phantom Traders Discord, and the role decides which channels you can see. These are all the roles a person can hold in the server.

How roles change
- Subscribing, upgrading or renewing assigns the matching role as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, as long as Discord is linked on your Account page.
- Moving from Pro Trader to Elite adds Elite and keeps Pro Trader.
- Cancelling removes Pro Trader and Elite at the end of the paid period. You keep Rookie and everything free.
- The server's bots (Phantom Traders Bot, Phantom Bullseye and the other bot roles) post signals and manage roles; they are not member tiers.
How to Upgrade
Open Pricing, choose Pro Trader or Elite, and pay through Stripe's secure checkout. Your Discord role is assigned as soon as your Discord account is linked on the Account page.
Annual billing: two months free — Pro Trader is $150/yr ($12.50/month), Elite is $250/yr ($20.83/month).
Cancellation
Cancel any time from Account → Manage Billing. You keep your role and channel access until the end of the period you paid for, then return to Rookie. Course purchases are yours to keep.
